CONVOCATORIA A JUNTA GENERAL EXTRAORDINARIA DE ACCIONISTAS
EMPRESA NACIONAL DE OXIGENO ENOX S.A.
Se convoca a los accionistas de la compañía EMPRESA NACIONAL DE OXIGENO ENOX S.A. a la Junta General Extraordinaria de Accionistas, que se celebrará el VIERNES VEINTICINCO (25) DE SEPTIEMBRE DEL DOS MIL VEINTE (2020) a las 10H00M, en el domicilio principal de la compañía ubicado en la C./ Anansayas E3-60 y Avda./ Eloy Alfaro, kilómetro 12, del sector Carcelén Industrial, del Distrito Metropolitano de Quito, con el objeto de tratar el siguiente orden del día:
- Ratificar y convalidar todas las actuaciones realizadas por el señor Ingeniero JUAN ISAAC ENCALADA CUEVA, como Gerente de la compañía EMPRESA NACIONAL DE OXIGENO ENOX S.A. en el periodo comprendido entre los años 2012 a 2020.
