In accordance with the Company’s Bylaws and the Companies Law, LOWELL MINERAL EXPLORATION ECUADOR SA Shareholders are called to the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders to be held on March 12th, 2021, at 9:00 am, by telematics.
The agenda to be discussed at this Shareholders Meeting is as follows:
- To Know and resolve on the appointment of the new General Manager of the Company.
- To Know and resolve on the appointment of the new Presidet of the Company.

CONVOCATORIA A LA JUNTA GENERAL ORDINARIA DE ACCIONISTAS DE LA COMPAÑÍA LOWELL MINERAL EXPLORATION ECUADOR S.A.
